Q.  Can I place orders over the phone?

A.  Yes, you can call the store.

Q.  Do you deliver to my area?

A.  We deliver all around the UK mainland. For more details please refer to the delivery page.

Q.  How do I change my delivery time?

A.  Simply contact us and we will rearrange your delivery slot. If your order has been dispatched you will have details on your email with regards to your delivery outlining time and date of delivery along with information should you wish to reschedule.

Q.  Can I change my order once It’s placed?

A. Simply call our team and they will be more than happy to assist you with any changes. However, this will not be possible if the order has been dispatched.

Q. Is there a minimum order basket?

A. No we do not have a minimum spend on this site.

Q. What methods do you use to deliver?

A. We use Royal Mail, DPD, and MyHermes as our couriers.

Q. Will my vegetable be fresh on arrival?

A.  We pick vegetables moments before delivery and make sure that they are checked for quality before packaging.

Q. What if the Vegetables are not received in good order?

A. If you are not satisfied with the quality you receive, simply contact our team and they will assist you with your concern.
