Mix contents of this pack in 200ml (7fl.oz) water, Stir into a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes, Slice Potatoes, Onions and Brinjal (Aubergine/eggplant). Dip into batter individually and coat evenly,Deep fry in hot oil to a golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce
